Ingredienser:
1 paket fast tofu
1 näve torkade veggie stripes
1 apelsin (skal och saft)
3 msk mango chutney
2 msk soja
1 dl pankopanering
1 finhackad, färsk chili
2 vitlöksklyftor, pressade
3 tsk riven ingefära
1 gul lök, skuren i klyftor
Blötlägg stripesen.
Blanda apelsinskal, apelsinsaft, mango chutney, soja, chili, vitlök och ingefära i en skål. Ställ åt sidan. Skär tofun i kuber och lägg i en skål ihop med maizena, panko och veggie stripesen. (urkramade på vätska)
Blanda runt och stek i mycket olja på hög värme ihop med löken till allt har fått fin färg. Sänk värmen och häll på apelsin- och chutneyröran. Låt det stå och puttra i någon minut. Servera med ris eller risnudlar.
